After your payment is confirmed, you receive your access details and activation instructions by the contact method you used. You then add those details to a compatible player on your device by following our device guides.

No. IBO Player activation is a separate product with its own checkout. You can also use other compatible players with your subscription.
Checkout happens on our external payment partner's website (templateforges.shop). You will see the plan and total before you pay. We never ask for card details on this website, by e-mail or by chat.
Plans are one-off purchases for a fixed duration. To continue after your plan ends, buy a new plan — message us on WhatsApp or Telegram if you'd like a reminder before it expires.
